In the Field
Actual Reality tells two multi-episode documentary series entirely through AR. Fieldwork included 3D workflows that I taught McClatchy's Storytellers-in-Residence at a weeklong bootcamp, drone photogrammetry that I captured and processed and volumetric video interviews that I operated in the field and stylized in post-production.
In the Lab
The production of Actual Reality's Android app and its two series required project management, story edits and Unity development, all of which I contributed to. I built our version of Google's ARCore controller in C#, helped optimize 3D assets and kept the 3D portions of the app moving on time.
