Hyundai Motors Europe car configurators
Hyundai Motors sells cars in 47 European countries, and Digital Giant produced car configurators featuring product accurate images for several of them. Each year required millions of images to account for the various models, trims, colors and countries.
I led the production team working on 2021-2024's releases across dozens of markets. I reworked Digital Giant's existing workflow and implemented Agile methodologies to dramatically increase sprint velocity.
Hyundai Motors America realtime webplayers
Digital Giant created realtime 3D web components for use on Hyundai.com. Features included full rotation from both interior and exterior perspectives, multiple rendered backgrounds and product accurate trims and colors.
I managed QA and live service on the webplayers after their initial release.
